Please send Quay Digital your artwork with trim marks and at least 5mm of bleed. If you are sending a brochure, ensure all the pages are exported as seperate pages. Please ensure that when you create your PDF, you use the highest quality print setting.
Once you have completed your artwork, please ensure that there is at least 5mm bleed on all sides of each page of the document. Package your document and include all fonts and images used within. All images should be at least 300dpi and in CMYK format. Alternatively, export your document as a PDF with all trim marks and bleed as above (PDF).
Once you have completed your document, please convert all fonts to outlines. You will need to either embed your images within the Illustrator document or send them to us separately. All images should be at least 300dpi and in CMYK format. Please save each page of your document as an PDF or EPS and name them accordingly.
If you wish to send us native Photoshop files, please ensure that your canvas size of your document includes 5mm bleed around all edges of the document. Documents should be no less than 350dpi. All font layers should be rasterized. Please take into concideration that this is not our prefered guideline for supplying artwork.
